Gnadenwald

The small village of Gnadenwald is located at the foot of the Alpenpark Karwendel. It is best known for the beautiful landscape and many sporting facilities.

The main attractions of the Karwendel are the walking and mountain tours. Of course, you can also explore the largest Tyrolen nature reserve by mountain bike. Gnadenwald is the ideal starting point for tours in this unique natural landscape. The "Adlerweg" and the Way of St James lead through Gnadenwald.

If you are interested in paragliding or hang Hang gliding, some courses are offered by local tour operators.

In winter you can enjoy the cross-country area (18 km). A family-friendly sledding run completes the winter pleasure.
